La Mer, a world-class beachfront destination by Meraas, welcomed a group of children from Jumeirah Baccalaureate School for an environmentally-friendly fun morning on the beach. This week, the students aged 4-5 years, participated in challenging contests, many of which used recycled materials including bottles, paper and bottle-tops in efforts to educate the young generation on the significance of protecting the environment.

The interactive morning field trip included contests such as a race, a treasure hunt, a Skittles game and a fun marine-themed craft activity. Little explorers and nature-loving enthusiasts celebrated the outdoors on the beach area at the heart of the destination where they were offered a rich learning experience and the opportunity to interact with nature.
