Chef Azri Bin Che Ishak brings over 20 years of experience in a worldwide selection of signature restaurants and will be cooking live throughout Tokyo Week in one of Latitude’s live stations.

Accompanied by live entertainment and themed restaurant decorations, Tokyo Week sees the culinary excellence of authentic Tokyo tastes served up to delight guests for one week only.

With fresh traditional ingredients to create an abundance of fabulous food, from Sashimi Skewer, Prawn Meatball Tempura, Beef Tataki to a huge variety of authentic street food, Chef Azri will be bringing excitement to Dubai’s Japanese food scene.
