Saffron, the Dubai brunch institution will be bringing the luck of the Irish to Atlantis on Friday 17th March for a specially themed St Patrick’s Day brunch – the first of many exciting themed brunches that will be taking place over the coming months.

For just AED 535 per person, Dubai’s partygoers will be saying ‘sláinte’ with some fun and innovative Irish inspired beverages and a delicious array of five star culinary options with a special St Patrick’s Day twist.

Saffron will be transformed into a full-on St Patrick’s Day party with bespoke décor, and guests are invited to join the Saffron brunch team to really get into the St Paddy’s Day spirit by donning fancy dress outfits ready for the Friday fun that Saffron is legendary for.

The award winning brunch at Saffron offers more than 220 dishes to choose from including 20 live cooking stations, a raw bar, oyster station and a carving station. The renowned resident DJ matches the music to the mood, so guests can try out their best Irish jig on March 17th.

Saffron at Atlantis, The Palm’s Flavourful Brunch is every Friday from 12:30 – 4:00pm for AED 535 per person with selected alcoholic beverages.
