Maiden Shanghai, the city’s hottest Chinese bistro, has launched its new menu showcasing a tempting fusion of traditional dishes with creative renditions of Chinese classics. Featuring a range of reimagined organic poultry dishes, including Chef Bing’s famed Peking Duck, the MSG-free menu also welcomes a limited edition three-course AED99 lunch special.

Diners will also be able to immerse themselves in an evening of fun at the recently launched multi-language karaoke room. Open to diners, the soundproofed room allows groups of guests to sing along to their favourite songs and enjoy Maiden Shanghai’s extensive drinks menu in an intimate setting up for fifteen people.

Packed with punchy and fiery flavours, the truly authentic lunch menu is available from 12PM to 3:30PM seven days a week and includes vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as Chef Bing’s famous homemade sauces. Feast on Kung Pao Chicken with Egg Fried Rice, Shredded Duck with homemade Pancakes and sweet corn soup.

Organic poultry highlights include rich and aromatic Kung Pao Chicken, Chef Bing’s Peking Duck and Sweet and Sour Chicken.
