Masala Library is the magnum-opus of Mr. Jiggs Kalra, who is known as the “Czar of Indian Cuisine” and “Taste Maker to the Indian Nation”.

The restaurant focuses on reviving traditional recipes from across ancient India while presenting them in a unique and contemporary way.

My Masala Library experience was out of this world! It started with the signature welcome drink, a cocktail with raspberry base and light starters. What followed was an indulgent 12-course menu drawn from key provinces of India with each dish elucidating the rich cultural heritage from centuries before. The desserts were simply awesome.

The restaurant is located on the 4th floor and consists of a premium dining area and a trendy bar area serving redefined Indian tapas dishes, along with a unique cocktail selection utilizing some of the latest technology and cutting-edge techniques. By capturing the grandeur of centuries-old traditions and combining them with modern day cooking techniques and a futuristic presentation, Masala Library by Jiggs Kalra is truly an incomparable gastronomic voyage.
