Meljac To Showcase Its Classic Collection At Downtown Design Dubai
Meljac, the leading supplier of high-end electrical fittings, will be exhibiting its designs for the first time in the United Arab Emirates at Downtown Design Dubai from November 12 to 15. Players from across the local market (designers, home designers, etc.) will have the opportunity to discover the French expertise for which the brand is famous, including in particular its signature solid brass Classic Collection.
Meljac: combining quality and esthetics
Switches, power outlets, reading lights… As well as discovering Meljac’s wide range of solutions, visitors will also be able to see a few of the custom designs that are the brand’s undeniable asset.
They will also be able to appreciate the quality of the brass used, the variety of formats on offer and the possible combinations of mechanisms, as well as home automation and electrical packages (thermostats, climate controls, controls for blinds, audio controls, etc.). The firm will be showing off its 25 refined finishes, all of which are the product of meticulous surface treatment consisting of several complex steps carried out by hand. For example, Meljac offers finishes in nickel, chrome, gunmetal, bronze, and so on. But also glazed, sanded, textured, patinated…
The Classic Collection is recognizable by its beveled edges and the Meljac water drop levers inspired by 1930s style. Marketed all over the world, it is a favorite amongst decorators, interior designers, electricians and homeowners for its unparalleled quality and its clean, understated and timeless design.
More broadly, the brand offers ten or so collections in high-quality materials such as brass, Limoges porcelain, tempered glass and even semi-precious stones.
“With an increasing number of exceptional projects in the region, we chose Downtown Design Dubai to showcase our expertise through a diverse range of products, in the United Arab Emirates. Our goal is to meet architects, interior designers, integrators and local players more generally to gain a better understanding of their expectations and the specifics of this market.”
