The city of Dubai was lit up in the colors of the Omani flag to celebrate the 51st Oman National Day, as the country’s citizens, and UAE residents and visitors came together for a weekend of excitement and fun starting from 17 November.

Some of Dubai’s most famous landmarks were illuminated in white, red, and green – colors of the Omani flag on Thursday, 18 November. The Palm Fountain at the Pointe displayed specially choreographed dancing water shows throughout the week. The Ain Dubai on Blue Water Island surprised visitors with multiple Oman-themed projections. The Dubai Frame also sparkled in the colors of the Omani flag and displayed several national day-themed projections.

Dubai Festival City Mall also celebrated Omani National Day on Thursday, 18 November with a Special Oman National Day ‘Imagine’ projection. The two-time Guinness World Record breaking show like no other was displayed on the world’s largest outdoor projection screen at 8 pm. Shoppers also enjoyed an array of shopping and dining options on the waterfront at Ripe by the Bay, and irresistible deals at the various stores at Dubai Festival City Mall.

In celebration of the Omani National Day, Dubai’s malls, hotels and restaurants welcomed families and friends with a range of exciting retail offers and promotions, accommodation deals and F&B treats available throughout a packed weekend of fun and celebration.
