With the opening of its third outlet in March 2016, Operation Falafel brings a new food experience to Kite Beach. The restaurant takes the form of an edgy shipping-container, where it serves traditional Arabic food to the sun warmed visitors of Dubai’s most popular beach.

The much-loved menu remains the same, and features unbeatable homemade falafels and shawermas that aren’t just cooked and plated, but handcrafted and presented by chefs who are masters of traditional Arabic street food. The restaurant seats about 35 people outdoors by the beach, with some tables located on top of the container in a balcony-like space.

Besides the best shawermas and falafels in town, Operation Falafel also serves delicious hummus, tangy fattoush, and generous portions of manaeesh. Some of the signature dishes include mouth-watering musabbaha, finger-licking Kashkaval cheese and yummy muhalabia.
