At BOCA, we continue to build on the success of our award-winning Mediterranean cuisine with persistent focus on creativity, value, locally sourced ingredients, and hearty and healthy dishes. This season we introduce new vegetarian and vegan dishes, and two exciting new paellas; we continue to source from the Dubai Waterfront Fish & Vegetable Market, and now feature for the very first time the UAE’s first locally-grown oysters from the pristine waters of Dibba in Fujairah.

Expect to experience a burst of texture and flavor in the new FETA & BEETROOT SALAD, a combination of Persian Feta Cheese, Candied Walnut and Cherry Purée. SWEET POTATO HUMMUS is another one to add to your table spread offering both creaminess and earthiness in a bowl. Guests have been raving about our crispy SOFT SHELL CRAB BURGERS in our menu previews and our fresh stocks are already being depleted on a daily basis. If you are a fan of raw beef then get ready to try the next generation of beef tartare with our BEEF TARTARE & OYSTER, a gorgeous bowl of freshly chopped tenderloin of beef, avocado and a hidden oyster for saltiness, sweetness and a touch of creaminess.

We have dedicated a section to oysters; our own Emirati farmed and grown oysters from the clear waters of Fujairah. BOCA is very proud to feature only Dibba Bay oysters on its menu. Try them 3 ways in our signature 1-2-3 OYSTER dish or order them by the dozen. We recommend ordering a glass of chilled, crisp and mineral white Albariño grape from the North of Spain to sip on while we shuck these meaty and briny delicacies for you on our terrace.
