The Business Registration and Licensing (BRL) sector of Dubai Economy has announced that its Outsourced Service Centres, which provide services throughout the emirate of Dubai, are operating now at full capacity to provide value-added services to achieve customers’ happiness and facilitate ease of conducting business and commercial activities.

As part of the ongoing efforts to safeguard public health and to limit the spread of COVID-19, the centres are committed to all safety measures regarding sanitisation, and social distancing marks on the floor. Transparent glass has been between the employee and the customers as well as stickers for guidance on all seats to guarantee everyone’s safety.

The outsourced centres are the foremost service outlets of Dubai Economy and key players in enhancing ease of doing business in Dubai. They play a vital role in delivering value-added services to the public and strengthen partnership between the public and private sectors to strengthen national economy and further establish Dubai as a competitive and preferred destination for starting and growing businesses.

Through the outsourced service centres, Dubai Economy seeks to raise the quality of services provided to customers and reduce the average time for processing transactions, as well as waiting and service delivery time.

By the end of 2019, the BRL sector has implemented the first electronic system to monitor and evaluate work at the service centres to reduce the time of transactions to 14 minutes from the customer’s arrival to the center until the completion of all procedures thereby ensuring the happiness of all customers.

Through the system, Dubai Economy can communicate with the customers directly after the end of transactions about the overall experience, in addition to communicating with the centre itself in the event of failure to meet the specified time. The initiative also contributes to measuring the level of service quality in each centre separately as it identifies the weaknesses and strengths of both the centres and employees.

Dubai Economy is committed to stimulating economic growth, and to supporting and enabling the private sector as a partner in shaping economic policies. This reflects the leadership’s vision to achieving excellence in all sectors, and creating solutions and initiatives to develop all services, and strengthen Dubai’s leading position in various fields as well as achieve the happiness and welfare of the society.
