Parkin Company PJSC (“Parkin” or the “Company”), Dubai’s largest provider of paid public parking facilities and services, has entered into a strategic partnership with ABER Vehicles Registration Services L.L.C (“ABER”) to integrate on-site vehicle testing services into designated Parkin-managed parking locations across Dubai. This initiative will enable motorists to access essential automotive services closer to their homes, workplaces, and daily destinations.

The ceremony was attended by Eng. Osama Hashem Al Safi, Chief Operating Officer, and Eng. Abdelrahman Al Shuweihi, Director of Operations, representing Parkin, and from ABER, Mr. Naser Al Ali, Board Member, and Mr. Mustafa Omar, Director of Business Development.

The partnership supports Parkin’s strategy to expand its smart mobility ecosystem by transforming parking facilities into integrated service destinations. To further enhance customer convenience, Parkin and ABER are integrating these services into Parkin’s digital ecosystem. Customers will soon be able to discover, access, and book vehicle testing services directly through Parkin’s website and mobile application.

The services have successfully launched at initial locations in Business Bay and DAMAC Hills 1. Parkin plans a progressive rollout across additional locations in Dubai, focusing on residential communities, commercial districts, and high-demand urban areas. Leveraging Parkin’s existing parking network allows the company to introduce value-added automotive services while maximising the use of its parking assets.
