Hello, I am relocating to dubai from texas. Ive seen pictures and have researched places on the net but of course hearing it from someone who lives there is so much better. Could someone please tell me which areas are the best to live in. What are the price ranges for renting a home or an apartment.And which areas are considered more upper class. If someone could tell me i would really appreciate it.
