Seasoned Indoor Sky Divers To Gather At Inflight Dubai For A First-Of-Its-Kind Indoor Skydiving
In a bid to put smiles on the faces of orphans, a group of seasoned indoor sky divers will come together for a one-of-a-kind aerobatic production that aims to make difference to the lives of these children.
To be hosted by Inflight Dubai, on the 24th of November 2018, the event will be attended by HE. Sheikh Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi,; and several other VIPs and dignitaries.
With an aim to share moments and create memories for the less privileged kids, the event will witness several indoor sky divers take to stage and exhibit dynamic aerobatic feats in the indoor wind tunnel at Inflight Dubai.
Abdulbari Qubaisi the first Yemeni World canopy champion and Nada AdamAli, the first female Yemeni sky diver and her children Amaan and Zahra aged 7 & 9 will be present at the show along with their coaches Hinda Salih and Rob Jones to perform some extraordinary feats.
“Children are the true wealth of our society, and as individuals, it is our responsibility to support the community. This show is an effort to offer every child, especially children without parents, the opportunity to realise their full potential and find their way in life.
While the show is a chance for the kids to reach for the stars, it will also make them feel different, and valued,” said Nadia Adam Ali, Director of the event.
“Tunnel flight is a fast-growing sport and the basics can be tackled by anyone as young as five. However, it needs thorough training and practice, along with complete physical and mental alertness. It’s basically like a gymnastics routine, but in the air,” added Nadia.
20 children will have a chance to fly with best of the best skydivers and H.E Sheikh Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi during the training sessions; out of which 5 will be selected to fly with the sky divers at the show. This will be an opportunity to learn a remarkable skill. Skydiving opens a cognitive, lateral and logical thinking ability and it will allow the children to expand their horizons and make the world their oyster. In addition, the children will also be provided certificate of participation to boost their morale and confidence towards the end of show.
