On a recent trip to London via Silverjet we had a miserable experience upon landing at the Dubai VIP terminal. First it took 45 minutes to get our passports back from the immigration and then had to endure a 30 minutes wait in the hot sun to get a taxi at the airport.
Silverjet need to organise the travel arrangements better if they are serious about this sector of their business.
