Silverjet Experience
On a recent trip to London via Silverjet we had a miserable experience upon landing at the Dubai VIP terminal. First it took 45 minutes to get our passports back from the immigration and then had to endure a 30 minutes wait in the hot sun to get a taxi at the airport.
Silverjet need to organise the travel arrangements better if they are serious about this sector of their business.

Of course what you fail to mention was the ease of the check in the great in flight service and the price. Anyway when was it the airline’s job to organise Immigration – suggest you direct your guns at the real villains which are the Dubai Authorities

I agree with Michael….. full marks to Silverjet, nil point to Dubai Immigration. I was once standing there for almost 2 hours at 3am in the morning – simply not acceptable for a city that prides itself in how modern it has become
