Ski Dubai, in partnership with Dubai Sports Council, has announced the return of the Ice Warrior Challenge for its 17th edition on Sunday, 20 September. More than just Dubai’s coolest obstacle course, this year’s event celebrates the power of community, resilience and inclusion by bringing together people from across the UAE to overcome challenges side by side in an unforgettable -4°C snowy setting. Early bird tickets are now on sale at Premier Online.

Set inside the World’s Best Indoor Ski Resort, participants will tackle more than 20 exciting obstacles including rope walls, ice pools, monkey bars, tyre runs, net crawls and more—all designed to encourage teamwork, determination and personal achievement. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, taking on the course with colleagues, or simply stepping outside your comfort zone, the Ice Warrior Challenge offers an experience where every participant can discover their inner warrior.

Building on last year’s success, which welcomed more than 560 participants representing 69 nationalities, the Ice Warrior Challenge continues to reflect the UAE’s diverse and vibrant community. From seasoned athletes to first-time challengers, families, friends, colleagues and fitness enthusiasts of all abilities come together each year to prove that the greatest victories are achieved by supporting one another.

Open to males and females aged 15 to 60, participants can choose from three categories:

• Elitecategory (Early Bird Rate: AED 250, Normal Rate: AED 280). Designed for experienced competitors aiming to complete the course in under 25 minutes.
• Individualcategory (Early Bird Rate: AED 200, Normal Rate: AED 250). Perfect for participants of all fitness levels looking to challenge themselves.
• Teams category (Early Bird Rate: AED 185/person, Normal Rate: AED 200/person). Teams of 4-6 members can work together to conquer the course, making it an ideal activity for friends, families and corporate groups.

Early Bird pricing is available until 15 August, with standard rates applying from 16 August. Registration is now open through Premier Online and closes on 18 September.

Every participant who conquers the course will receive a commemorative Ice Warrior medal and souvenir T-shirt after returning their timing chip, a lasting reminder that resilience is measured not only by crossing the finish line, but by having the courage to take on the challenge.

Further strengthening the event’s community spirit, Ski Dubai is introducing a new Spectator Pass (AED 50), allowing family and friends to cheer on participants from a dedicated viewing area inside the snow while enjoying a complimentary hot beverage.
