Summer Fashion: Bringing California Style In Dubai

California is known to be the sunniest state in the United States which make it the perfect destination to beach-hop in style during summer months. Think Malibu, Santa Monica and Venice Beach. California is also the home to Hollywood and celebrities and fashion icons like the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Gossip Girl star Blake Lively, America’s Next Top Model producer Tyra Banks, Supermodel Gigi Hadid and 50’s icon, Marilyn Monroe.

California teen influencer Leila Bauer now based in Dubai, is certainly one of the fashionistas we can’t get enough of. She is bringing her California-influenced fashion style to Dubai and it is perfect for summer dressing. “Summer is definitely my favorite season. It’s the time I get to experiment with prints, patterns and colors.” says Dubai-based teen fashion influencer Leila Bauer.

Now that the sun is out and the temperatures are rising, it’s time to bring your off-shoulder tops, washed-out denim bottoms and white sneakers out.
“For me, California fashion, especially during summer, is very relaxed and laid back. I like wearing clothes that are light, comfortable and easy to move in like tank, tube and off shoulder tops in light fabrics, airy dresses and easy denim shorts, pants or skirts that can be easily paired with a pair of sneakers.” Says Leila. “The thing I like most about Dubai and California is that you can enjoy long summers with bright sunny days and cool evenings. This allows me to dress in a similar fashion in Dubai as I would in California.” She added.
