Tantalising Food & Endless Entertainment: Etisalat Beach Canteen Kicks Off With Great Fanfare
The popular beachside dining popup Etisalat Beach Canteen is underway at Jumeirah Beach (behind Sunset Mall) and visitors are having the time of their lives. Organised by the Dubai Festivals & Retail Establishment (DFRE), to commemorate the UAE’s 50th National Day, Etisalat Beach Canteen will conclude on 11 December.
A lot of delicious food and irresistible live entertainment are on offer while there is no shortage of scintillating kids’ activities either. The various culinary zones set up to welcome the guests include Food Bazaar (featuring eateries like Moshi, Pinza, and The Phil by High), Mashawi Hut (a specialized grill space hosting Charade Café and Four Ounce Burger), Baqaala Lane (the Arabized reinvention of Street Food Avenue with brands like CZN Burak Burger, G.O.A.T and Another Wing setting up shop), Snack Souq (offering different hot, cold, sweet, and savory items by the likes of Dibba Bay Oysters and Yamanote Atelier), and Halawa Corner (a place to indulge for those with a sweet tooth) with brands such as merika cafe and sugargram.
Aside from the foodie’s heaven, there are entertainment sections like the Etisalat Stage Majlis, Yalla Fun Zone, and Game Bustan. They will host a multitude of programmes and fun activities including traditional Arab dances, off-Broadway acts, and conventional music performances along with games like Bull Ride, Shooting Station, Trampolines, Electric Bump Cars, Wipe Out, Bungee Jumping, etc.
