The Concept Big Brands Carnival Is Back With Affordable Luxury
The popular shopping extravaganza, Concept Big Brands Carnival is back with an endless choice of lucrative discounts on the luxurious high-end brands. To be held from 25th – 29th of October, 2016 at Sheikh Saeed Hall 3, Dubai World Trade Centre, the carnival promises to be an absolute treat for the fashion conscious crowd.
