Since opening their doors a month ago, The Theater has shaken up Dubai’s entertainment and nightlife in a way that’s never been seen before. With completely sold-out shows, every single show night showcasing a multitude of enthralling international acts, the magic of The Theater has only just begun. Following the successful launch of their new segment exclusively performed on Wednesdays, Guy Manoukian& Friends is back on Wednesday, August 11thwith an exciting second edition, and this time the show will feature Dubai-based singer and songwriter, Layla Kardan.

The Wednesday exclusive Guy Manoukian& Friends will have Guy Manoukian, Artistic Director of The Theater, performing an exhilarating, one-of-a-kind show alongside regional or international artists. The first episode of Guy Manoukian& Friends took place last Wednesday, July 21st. Alongside the iconic Mario Reyes, from the Gipsy Kings Family, Guy and Mario took to the stage and lit up The Theater in an unbelievable musical medley.

Lebanese-Armenian musician, composer and pianist, Guy Manoukian, has been a regional and international powerhouse for the last two decades. With years of musical tours and sell-out concerts under his belt, Manoukian has performed successful shows across the world, including London, Singapore, Los Angeles, the Dubai Opera, the Sydney Opera House and many more.

Joining him on stage for the next edition of Guy Manoukian & Friends, will be LaylaKardan; Dubai-based singer, songwriter and social media sensation who personifies the notion of a global citizen. Layla has lived in various parts of the world, where she spent time cultivating her skill and following her passion for music. From opening shows for international superstar, Halsey, and working with the producers of Rihanna, Usher, and Katy Perry, Layla will be bringing raw talent and exquisite beauty to The Theater’s stage.

In both seating’s across everynight between Wednesday and Saturday, a lineup of passionate artists take over the stage at The Theater to perform a diverse mix of immersive shows that leave guests in awe. Hanging from the ceiling, or on the LED-covered runway stage that stretches all the way into the audience, vocalists, musicians, dancers and aerialists all come together at The Theater to take guests on an adventurous musical journey, a masterpiece in motion.
