Keeping with the trend from Round 1, Al-Futtaim Motors Toyota Emirates Drifting Team, led by reigning champion Ahmed Al Ameri, continued his success by finishing second at the 2014/2015 Drift UAE Round 2 which was held on January 24^th at the Yas Marina Circuit, staying on track to defend its title for the upcoming season.

Speaking after his second podium finish, Ahmed Al Ameri said:The key to winning the title is consistency, a lot of practice and a great car, modified specifically to compete in one of the most demanding automotive sports. With Al-Futtaim Motors support and the Toyota 86 for the new season, were well on track to retaining our title for the 2013/2014 championship.
