The Federal Tax Authority (FTA) has announced a list of the top ten things businesses must know before registering for VAT, in order to raise awareness within the business community, as well as society at large.

This, in turn, facilitates a smooth and effective rollout of the VAT system – scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2018 – in accordance with the highest international standards.
