I am also searching for the same. VoIP is blocked technically but there’s no any govt. order that it is illegal. I think there are some methods to enable it.
I bought a Wip 320 Iphone skype phone… but it is not working no matter waht i do. have already spent nights figuring it out and also 500AED bucks in the Hardware from Sharaf DG… Etisalat has blocked it for sure.
