This December thejamjar invites children and parents to be inspired by snowy landscapes, winter sweaters and cookie monsters.

The brand new Earliers Artsploration invites parents with toddlers (ages 1-3) to come on 1st December for a bonding session where they can explore colours and textures while listening to winter jams and meeting like-minded little artists and guardians.

In a full-week programme which can be booked as a package or daily art classes, the Winter Camp from 13th-17th December offers a more in-depth exploration of various artists, techniques and mediums. Designed to allow children (ages 4 to 10) to explore their creativity and express themselves in an idea generating and fun environment, this will be a sensory and educational experience and a welcomed time out for parents to relax for a few hours in the winter holidays.

For Teens, the Teen Art Mentorship programme is back by popular demand – this time in a camp format. Running for five consecutive days from 13th-17th December for ages 11 to 18, students will be guided to creatively explore a personal project. Working independently and with the support of their mentor, students will develop their confidence and creative thinking process while discovering their own artistic style and reinforcing skills in various mediums.

Last but not least, thejamjar offers weekly classes including Short’n’Sweet for children (ages 5-10) where they will create magical paintings of ice and snow while understanding the science behind the molecules transforming as well as adult classes like Watercolour Techniques and Acrylic Techniques and an Intuitive Creativity class with ThetaHealing® on the evening of 10th December.

About the Winter Camp, thejamjar Head of Programming Camille Despalle de Béarn says, “thejamjar team is always excited for the yearly summer and winter camps. It’s a great experience to see the children gain confidence and independence and boast with joyous trepidation, impatient and proud to show their work to their parents and friends.”
