World famous Chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to his successful Dubai outpost at Atlantis, The Palm this November to host two exclusive evenings on November 26th and 27th.

The stylish evenings at the world’s most acclaimed Japanese restaurant begin at 7pm with a delectable Japanese and Peruvian influenced tasting menu crafted from Chef Nobu’s favourite dishes. For 650 AED per person Nobu will take guests on a cutting edge culinary journey starting with assorted Sashimi four ways including King Crab, Daikon Roll, Jalapeno and Salmon Jime, followed by a selection of Nobu’s famous hand rolled sushi and the signature Black Cod Jalapeno Miso. Guests will then move onto a succulent Japanese Beef Tenderloin with Wasabi Salsa and Ponzu Sauce, finished off by a dessert of Tofu Tiramisu and Japanese Mochi Ice Cream.
