WHO ARE WE?We are a “talent-scout” football organization.  We have a high-experienced team for the detection of future “crack” football players. According to some sports´ specialists, the best age for future professional footballers is between 8 and 14 years old.   This is the age range in which we are doomed to follow and analyze the real possibilities of the child. In this way, we will be able to establish if he has not only football characteristics, but also physical and mental characteristics to become in a very qualified international footballer with real possibilities of taking part in Europe´s big leagues and in Argentina National Football Team. In this activity, in which we dedicate all our logistic resources for the detection of talents, we travel all around Argentina; from the popular city of Rosario (place where Lionel Messi was born) to a city called “End of the World” (Fin del Mundo) located in Ushuaia; from Jujuy Altiplano to the main neighborhoods of Buenos Aires (where Diego Armando Maradona and Carlos Tevez were born)ASPECTS WE CONSIDERWe take into account many considerations to determine the footballer child´s real potential: control of the ball, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility and strength, space location, and his development in the field during a match.   It is very important to consider three main points:a)      Child´s intelligence for the game; b) technical conditions; c) ability to resolve complex situations quickly. Once the child is selected as a potential “crack”, and after the requirement of all his personal information that is dumped into a personal card, we try to make contact with his parents immediately. The purpose is to know where he lives, the conditions in which he lives, etc. This allows us to get a first impression of the child´s social situation: not only of his diet, but also of the place where he lives.    OUTSTANDING ASPECTSOnce personal and technical information is completed, we proceed to make a monitoring in the field and we film the child while playing a game. All this information will be send to a sports institution to be undergone to the analysis of the coaches. In case some of the children were selected and they want your institution to test and signed up them, we contact his parents or guardians in order to asses them and make a trip to the city where you are. Because of security reasons, we prefer the child to travel with one of his parents or guardians and one of our advisors. All transfer and stay expenses are in charge of your institution.Take into account that it would be a little inversion; after it, you will have vast satisfactions, not only monetary, but also sports satisfactions (consider the profits Barcelona F.C. has due to the presence of Lionel Messi)For all these reasons, we have “a good head” for determining which child is able to take part of this project.Our expert team analyzes between 500 and 600 players per month throughout Argentina. From this analysis, we only select 2 or 4 children.     FINAL CONSIDERATIONSAfter having explained all general considerations, we inform you our tariffs: they have the advantage that not only they are very low, but also they are fixed, independently from the result (if finally the player took part of your institution or not)  It is a monthly fee of  u$s2500 that has to be paid in our bank account. In case you were interested in our services, we will send to you our information account. From this moment, you will receive a monthly report (an individual one) and a video of the chosen footballers: between 2 and 4 children. If you want more footballers, we can recommend others, but -take into account- that these two or four children will be the best players and they will surely become in high- competence players with an outstanding performance.
