Guests are invited to learn how, at a special dedicated cooking class with Chef Suri at the award-winning Japanese restaurant Minato. Opened in 1993, the restaurant holds all the tradition of Dubai as well as Japan. Chef Suri who has, himself taken 7 years to master the art of sushi rolling – will go over the basics and beyond of making the perfect maki and tempi rolls that look great and taste even better.

Guests can choose to make sushi, yakitori and even sashimi. The cooking class is followed by an oish(delicious) lunch.
