Fidu Properties, one of the leading Chinese companies in the UAE property market, recently hosted an ultra-high net worth delegation of investors from China to Dubai. The 4-day visit, completely organised by Fidu, was part of the company’s strategic outreach to showcase the unmatched investment potential in Dubai’s real estate sector.

During the visit, Fidu Properties also reinforced the immense growth opportunities in luxury developments in Dubai, particularly the projects currently being developed by Emaar Properties. The delegation visited the at Emaar Dubai Creek Sales Centre to have a first-hand look at the various aspects of the iconic development.

The Chinese delegation were also taken on a Dubai-wide city tour, including an overview of the various mega projects coming up in the Emirate. The entertainment and cultural attractions from Dubai were also showcased as part of the visit, including VIP golfing tour, sightseeing of the various landmarks in the Emirate, Desert Safari, visits to the traditional Dubai and the new Dubai, as also the spice market.

The visit was well received by the visiting delegation, and they evinced a lot of interest in the projects in the Emirate, especially the new developments by Emaar. The delegation also praised the UAE government and people for their warm welcome and hospitality.”

The visiting delegation was also treated to the special Fidu Properties Concierge Services – right from pick-up at the airport to transportation in luxury cars to other comforts, ensuring that the visitors were made to feel special every step along the way. The guests were also treated to authentic Chinese restaurants as well as traditional Arabian cuisines during the visit.
