New Year’s Eve Gala dinner

Step into the New Year in style at the Tahiti inspired Gala dinner. Attendees will be treated to delicacies from all corners of the world – from festive appetizers to delectable sushi platters, a Tepenyaki station, carving stage, specialist cured meats, exceptional seafood, fresh baked desserts and more awaits at the magnificent poolside buffet. Entertainment will include a sensational DJ setting the tone of the night, alongside talented Hawaiian dancers. To usher in the New Year there will be countdown screens set against a backdrop of un-paralleled views of spectacular fireworks lighting up the sky at midnight across the stunning Palm Jumeirah.

Orthodox Lunch at Vibe

On 7^th January, guests can enjoy a traditional Orthodox Christmas dinner. Festive appetizers include a Russian salad, marinated mackerel, and gherkins, beef cubes and dill herbs. Freshly cooked pasta will be available at the Italian station as well as traditional Christmas fare from the carving stage. Chef’s special dishes for the night include an array of Fresh Gulf Water seafood, cooked in plum tomato sauce, as well as melted Gorgonzola Cheese with roasted pin seeds and freshly milled pepper. Deserts can be savoured freshly baked from the home bakery.
