A culinary tour of Lebanon awaits diners as they treasure traditional delicacies at Ayamna, specially created by the famed Ayamna Executive Chef Ali El Bourji. Chef Ali’s Table, a brand-new lunch concept with weekly alternating menus takes place every Friday at Ayamna at Atlantis, The Palm from 1pm until 4pm.

This warm and welcoming restaurant delivers delicious set menus hand selected by Beirut born Chef Ali, who is one of the most prominent Lebanese chefs in the region having introduced the much-loved cuisine to 15 different countries across the globe.  Chef Ali’s table highlights the different tastes of Lebanon, from Mountain, North, South and the capital Beirut. Each week features a delectable selection of traditional cold mezze, hot mezze, baked goods, main courses and desserts with special dishes originally sourced from the featured regions to bring alive the different tastes of Lebanon. Each set menu for adults costs AED195 (food only), children ages 5-10 for AED 98, and kids under five go for free.
