A highlight during DSS is the Kids Fashion Fest from August 13 to 22. After a two-decade hiatus, the characters of Iftah Ya Simsim, an Arabic-language co-production of Sesame Street, are back with a live stage show to celebrate their return to the airwaves. Join them at The Dubai Mall from August 13 to 17 for performances, arts, crafts and other interactive activities that will have parents walking down memory lane and children dancing in the aisles.

Little ones will have a blast watching the Power Rangers Super Megaforce DSS World Premiere show, which will be held three times daily, at the mall’s Star Atrium from August 20 to 26. In addition to visiting the Power Rangers Academy, pint-sized fans can meet and greet their favourite characters, and experience an exclusive display at the Power Rangers Museum featuring authentic costumes, weapons and props from the Power Rangers’ 20 year history.

Kids lucky enough to visit At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY, which holds the Guinness World Record for being the world’s highest observation deck, will have another reason to celebrate when they meet Modhesh, the ever-smiling DSS mascot, on August 8 and 24.
